Terms of Sale
These terms apply to digital products purchased directly from Landing List Builder through this website. They should be read together with the product description, the licence supplied with the product and our Privacy Policy.
Product and price
The product, price, currency and key inclusions are shown before payment. Landing List Builder is self-hosted software. Unless the sales page expressly says otherwise, hosting, domain registration, SMTP/email services, PayPal accounts and other third-party services are not included.
Digital delivery
After payment has been successfully verified, a secure download link is made available and may also be sent to the delivery email address supplied at checkout. The checkout or delivery page states any download limit and expiry period. You are responsible for saving a backup of your purchased files after download.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Where UK consumer cancellation rules apply, digital content normally has a 14-day cancellation period. If you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, the download may be made available straight after payment. If you do not give that consent and acknowledgement, immediate digital delivery should not begin during the cancellation period.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable statutory requirements, you may have legal rights to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
Commercial Selling Rights
If your purchase includes Commercial Selling Rights, those rights are governed by the Commercial Selling Rights licence supplied inside the Master Commercial Seller package. The licence defines what you may sell or distribute and what rights you may pass to an End Customer. Purchasing the package does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property except for the permissions expressly granted by that licence.
No earnings guarantee
Landing List Builder is a software and marketing system. No level of leads, sales, revenue, profit or other business result is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on factors including your offer, market, traffic, pricing, implementation and third-party services.
Third-party services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability and charges. We are not responsible for changes, outages or account decisions made by independent third-party providers, although this does not affect any legal responsibility we cannot exclude.
Security and licence misuse
Secure download links are personal to the purchaser and may be limited by time or download count. You must not bypass access controls, share the Master package contrary to its licence, or misrepresent the rights granted with the product.

If you have a problem with your purchase, delivery or product, contact freeleadswebsite@gmail.com and include your order reference where possible.
Changes and applicable rights
The terms applying to a purchase are the terms presented when that purchase is made. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
