Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Landing List Builder handles personal information submitted through its landing pages, checkout and digital-delivery features.

Information collected

Landing-page forms may collect your name and email address, signup date/time, marketing-consent choices, consent wording and unsubscribe status. When you buy a digital product, we may also collect your name, delivery email address, order reference, product purchased, amount and currency, payment-provider order or payer identifiers, payment status, purchase date/time, secure-download token, download count and link-expiry information.

Payment information

Payments are processed by PayPal. Landing List Builder does not receive or store your PayPal password or full payment-card details. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide requested content, manage subscriber lists, send marketing emails where valid consent has been given, process and verify purchases, deliver digital products, maintain transaction and licence records, provide customer support, prevent abuse or fraud, and honour unsubscribe or suppression requests.

Marketing consent

Where marketing consent is requested, the checkbox is not selected automatically. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Storage and security

Subscriber and order information is stored within this self-hosted Landing List Builder installation and its associated hosting/database environment. Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to protect this information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site, such as hosting, email/SMTP and payment providers. They process information according to their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Retention and suppression

Personal information should not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, support, security and licence-record needs. Limited suppression records may be retained so marketing preferences continue to be respected.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability in some circumstances, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
